Structural Design for House at Kurunegala

 

In 2023, we undertook the structural design for a residential project in Maspotha, Kurunegala, Sri Lanka. The project focused on creating a robust and efficient structural framework to support the architectural vision while ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with local standards.

Our scope of work included the detailed design of key structural elements, such as foundations, columns, beams, and slabs. The design was tailored to accommodate the specific site conditions, including soil characteristics and environmental factors, ensuring a stable and resilient structure.

Using state-of-the-art structural analysis tools and adhering to Sri Lanka’s building regulations, we developed an optimized design that balanced functionality and cost-effectiveness. Special attention was given to integrating the structure seamlessly with the architectural layout, preserving the aesthetic appeal of the residence.
