Claremont Quarter Additions

 

In 2024, we collaborated with Hawaiian + QUI on the 3D design of the Claremont Quarter Additions, located at Bayview Terrace, Claremont. The project aimed to enhance the existing retail and commercial space, introducing innovative design elements that align with modern architectural trends while maintaining a functional, customer-focused environment.

Our team developed a detailed 3D visualization that captured the essence of the proposed additions, including the expansion of retail areas and the integration of new amenities. Special attention was given to the aesthetic appeal of the facade, interior layouts, and overall flow of the space, ensuring the design complemented the surrounding architecture while enhancing the shopping experience.

Using cutting-edge 3D rendering tools, we created realistic visualizations that allowed stakeholders to explore every aspect of the design before construction began. This process facilitated client feedback and ensured the final design met all expectations.
