Parking layout design, Drainage Design at Massachusets

 

For this project in Webster, Massachusetts, USA, we partnered with Chess Engineering to redesign the parking layout and drainage system at 0 Rosemont Street. The primary goal was to optimize the parking facility while ensuring compliance with Massachusetts council regulations through a revised drainage plan.

Our team recalibrated the parking layout to maximize efficiency and accessibility, meeting both client expectations and local regulatory standards. Special attention was given to enhancing vehicular flow and usability within the available space.

In parallel, a detailed drainage analysis was conducted to address water management challenges, ensuring effective runoff control and minimizing environmental impact. Revised drainage plans and drawings were prepared in strict accordance with council guidelines, streamlining the approval process.
